Position Summary
We’re hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to help deliver exceptional service and support our small-but-mighty team. This role is ideal for someone friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic about well-crafted, beautifully designed goods.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with personalized, knowledgeable service
- Process sales using our POS and Shopify systems
- Wrap gifts with care and attention to detail
- Keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised
- Learn and share the stories behind the artists and makers we carry
- Assist during local events and special promotions
Who You Are:
- Warm, outgoing, and excited to engage with customers
- Stylish, with a strong eye for design and a love for artisan goods
- Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using a computer and learning retail systems (Shopify experience is a plus)
- Prior retail experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Details:
- 20–24 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift
- Flexibility and additional hours required during peak holiday seasons and local events
