Shipping + Delivery Policy

 

After completing the checkout process with Maker + Muse, you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges that you have successfully placed an order. 

You will receive a second notification once we have packaged your items and they are being shipped out.

If your products are received damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We are happy to include a gift message if you are having your item shipped or delivered as a gift.  Please leave us the details in the Note space during the checkout process. 


SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier. If your package has still not arrived 30 days from the ship date, we will start the process of refunding your order.

LOCAL DELIVERY:  Local delivery in the Maplewood, NJ area is currently unavailable. Thank you for your understanding — you can still place your order for In-Store Pickup at our shop at 170 Maplewood Avenue.

Need curbside pickup? Just call us at 973-313-2722 during business hours before you arrive, and we’ll be happy to bring your order out to your car.
