Shipping + Delivery Policy
After completing the checkout process with Maker + Muse, you will receive a confirmation email that acknowledges that you have successfully placed an order.
You will receive a second notification once we have packaged your items and they are being shipped out.
If you have selected Local Delivery, we will deliver to your doorstep within 10 miles of our Maplewood, NJ store on MONDAY and THURSDAY afternoons. If you need your purchase delivered on a specific date, please let us know.
If your products are received damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We are happy to gift wrap and include a gift message if you are having your item shipped or delivered as a gift. Please leave us the details in the Note space during the checkout process.
COVID-19 SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Due to Covid-19, most carriers are experiencing some delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and windows. If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier. If your package has still not arrived 30 days from the ship date, we will start the process of refunding your order.
